For artists, charities, desktop backgrounds, personal homepages etc.
Commercial [small projects]: donation.
Small clients, design agency portfolio sites, (you know who you
are)...send me something from Amazon, or something...
Commercial [big projects]: standard stock rates.
If you (or your client) can afford to pay, (e.g. large corporate
campaigns/clients), rights can be granted royalty free or exclusive
by territories at typical stock rates. Follow your conscience...
